Single Origin Coffee
The taste of Arabica coffee is influenced by environmental factors. The flavour of coffee grown in one region will differ from coffee grown in another region - in the same way that the region of wine grapes can affect the taste of wine.
A single origin coffee comes from one single estate, or a single region of a country. The best way to taste these differences is to drink your coffee black and without sugar. Well-roasted coffee will not be bitter.
The Bean Barn roasts single origin coffees grown all around the world.
