Our Beginnings Owner and coffee roaster Richard Emery opened The original shop was right across the road from our current location in Sturt Street, and sat just 6 people. The Current Shop In 2007 we needed to expand and moved to our current location at 217 Sturt Street Ballarat. We have grown to a staff of seven, including Richard, and recently upgraded to a 12kg Diedrich coffee roaster. See photos of the roaster being installed here. |
